Study: April 11, 1954, was very, very boring.
Researchers have declared April 11, 1954, the dullest day of the 20th century. Nobody important was born or died, no events of global significance took place and there was no major business or political news to report. "The irony is, though, that having done the calculation the day is interesting for being exceptionally boring," says Cambridge University researcher William Tunstall-Pedoe.
